We are about to break ground on a picturesque home designed by Tom Rauscher & Associates in the Bellerieve neighborhood in Eden Prairie.
The Bellerieve neighborhood is situated on the bluffs of the Minnesota River, and it provides the residents a dramatic and scenic setting of the surrounding natural beauty. The small neighborhood also features private walking trails along the river banks.
The home will be clad in cedar shake, copper and stone. It will feature vaulted ceilings in every room on the main floor with 12′ paned-glass windows to showcase the beautiful views of the Minnesota valley. All of the ceilings will have treatments, such as vaults, exposed wood beams, paneling with moldings and ornate trim details. A screen porch will showcase the valley views, and it will have such comforts as large stone fireplace and radiant heat for chilly nights.
